Scale

Fruits and Liquids

  • 3 cups Fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and/or blackberries)
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup Water (or coconut water)

Sweetener

  • 1/3 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (or more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Add the fresh berries, lemon juice, water (or coconut water), and monk fruit sweetener to a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more sweetener if desired.
  2. Fill Molds: Pour the blended mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and place covers on the molds if they come with covers.
  3. Freeze Popsicles: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze the mixture until completely set, which takes at least 6 hours or preferably overnight to ensure firm popsicles.
  4. Remove Popsicles: To easily remove the popsicles from the molds, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

  • You can use a combination of your favorite fresh berries based on what is available or preferred.
  • Water can be substituted with coconut water for added flavor and nutrients.
  • Adjust the sweetness according to your taste by increasing or decreasing the monk fruit sweetener.
  • Ensure popsicles are fully frozen before removing to avoid breaking.
  • Store any leftover popsicles in the freezer for up to a week for best quality.
