Fruits and Liquids
- 3 cups Fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and/or blackberries)
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/3 cup Water (or coconut water)
Sweetener
- 1/3 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (or more to taste)
- Blend Ingredients: Add the fresh berries, lemon juice, water (or coconut water), and monk fruit sweetener to a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more sweetener if desired.
- Fill Molds: Pour the blended mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and place covers on the molds if they come with covers.
- Freeze Popsicles: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze the mixture until completely set, which takes at least 6 hours or preferably overnight to ensure firm popsicles.
- Remove Popsicles: To easily remove the popsicles from the molds, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
