  4. Add pretzels: Arrange the pretzels in a single even layer on top of the melted chocolate. Press them gently into the chocolate to adhere well.
  5. Melt caramel with cream: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine unwrapped caramels and heavy cream. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the mixture is smooth and pourable.
