Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the assembled sliders.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and green bell peppers, cooking until they become soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Cook Beef: Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Cook until the beef is browned evenly, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste for extra flavor.
  4. Assemble Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish, then layer the cooked beef and vegetable mixture evenly over them. Top with slices of provolone cheese and cover with the top halves of the buns.
  5. Bake Sliders: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the buns are slightly golden and toasted.
  6. Serve: Remove the sliders from the oven, slice individually if desired, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces or sides.

Notes

  • Feel free to add mushrooms or other toppings such as jalapeños or pickles for added flavor and texture.
  • Sliders can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated; bake just before serving to ensure fresh, melted cheese.
  • Serve with ketchup, mustard, or a creamy horseradish sauce for complementary condiments.
