Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart, until it is almost cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Sauté onion and aromatics: Push the turkey to one side of the pan and add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the finely diced sweet onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
