Ingredients

Scale

Juices

  • 100ml cranberry juice
  • ½ orange, juiced (approximately 30ml)
  • 80ml sparkling white grape juice

Other

  • 6 sage leaves
  • around 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glasses: Pour 50ml of cranberry juice into each of two champagne coupes or wine glasses, ensuring an even distribution.
  2. Add orange juice: Divide the freshly squeezed juice of half an orange between the two glasses and gently stir to combine with the cranberry juice.
  3. Add sage and ice: Place 3 sage leaves and one or two ice cubes into each glass, allowing the sage to infuse subtle herbal notes as the ice chills the drink.
  4. Top with sparkling grape juice: Finally, top up each glass with approximately 40ml of sparkling white grape juice for a fizzy finish, serving immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh orange juice for the best citrus flavor.
  • Adjust the amount of sparkling grape juice to taste for desired fizz level.
  • If you prefer a less sweet drink, substitute part of the grape juice with soda water.
  • Gently muddling the sage leaves before adding them can enhance the herbal aroma.
  • This recipe is alcohol-free and perfect as a non-alcoholic cocktail for all ages.
