Tips & Variations

  • Try using coconut water instead of plain water for a slight tropical flavor and extra hydration.
  • Mix different berries to change up the flavor profile and add variety.
  • For a creamier texture, add a splash of coconut milk before blending.
  • If you prefer sweeter popsicles, increase the monk fruit blend gradually to your taste.

Storage

Store the popsicles in the freezer in their molds or in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. To enjoy, let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes or run the mold under warm water to loosen before removing and serving.

FAQs

Can I use frozen berries instead of fresh ones?

Yes, frozen berries work well and can make the popsicles thicker. Just allow them to thaw slightly before blending for a smoother texture.

What if I don’t have monk fruit sweetener?

You can substitute with other sugar-free sweeteners like erythritol or stevia, but adjust the quantity carefully as sweetness levels vary.
